So after much ado, the paint job is finally on. I had a massive headache getting the paint to behave in an appropriate and timely manner. The piano faces directly west, so the sun beats down on it pretty relentlessly during the longest days of our year. The heat was so intense that the paint started to blister with every coat. So every coat I had to sand down and touch up. I finally decided to work on it at night time, starting around 9pm and going home around midnight. The only drawback was…

Hi ya'll...So everyone knows that Miss Cherries loves corsets.  I have many artist friends who make corsets and jewelry and are truly great fashion designers..certainly better than I am. I have wanted to start doing something steampunky that isn't being done very much.    At events the one thing everyone comments on are my stockings and my shoes.
