Hi Check out my latest blog on giving and getting feedback.
After reading lots of other people's work recently and having my work read, I had to jump up and shout along with the hords hoping that message would find those who want it.
Giving feedback should be as hard as getting it. If it's not there may be problems on either or both ends of the reading reviewing process.
